What We Do
Westerly Travel plans, books and manages custom designed experiences for people who want to travel expertly. We are a small, independent travel agency specializing in custom European itineraries, all inclusive and luxury Mexico, Hawaiian islands, UK adventures, and honeymoons.
How Does it Work?
We start by scheduling an appointment to chat about your trip by phone or video call. We need to know the destination, who is traveling with you and their ages, tentative dates of travel and approximate budget per person. We then put together a proposal based on your needs, budget and wish list.
Our proposals include all of the components of your trip, which may include air or ground transportation, proposed hotel or resort accommodations, suggested tours and activities, the cruise or guided tours that we think work best for your dates, taste and budget, and travel insurance quotes. This information is organized into an itinerary with tentative pricing.
Once you receive your proposal, you take time to review it and send it back for a round of revisions. Let us what you like, or don’t like, about the proposed itinerary. This can include changes to your travel dates, adding or changing tours and activities, and dialing in hotel pricing. We make changes and send it back.
What About Payments?
Westerly will make payments to travel partners like hotels, tour companies and cruise lines on your behalf. We keep your credit card information securely on file and also keep track of payments that need to be made toward your trip. We’ll notify you and make sure we have approval before sending a charge through.
You’ll Receive a Detailed Itinerary Before You Travel
We create a detailed itinerary that includes all of your transportation, hotel and tour details. The itinerary will be available on an app that you add to your mobile device. You’ll know where you are going and how you are getting there each day that you are traveling. All of your confirmations, documents, and contact details for each component of your trip will be available at the tap of a finger.
